• 4 top sirloin steaks, approximately 8 oz each (2 lb total)
• 1 skirt steak, approximately 1.5 lb
• 2 flank steaks, approximately 2 lb each (4 lb total)
• 3 packages steak fingers / steak strips, 1 lb each
Approximately 10.5 lb total. Individual steak weights vary.
100% grass-fed and finished American Wagyu (Akaushi), raised by Idaho ranching families. No added hormones or antibiotics. Non-GMO. Pasture raised with no feedlots.
Beef is frozen and vacuum-sealed. Shipping charges are shown at checkout; Boise pickup is available.
